Chairman of the district Executive Committee:
manages the activities of the district executive committee;
distributes responsibilities between the first deputy,
deputy chairmen and the managing director of the district executive committee,
coordinates their activities;
makes personnel decisions.
Supervises issues:
socio-economic development of the district;
activities of the Vysokovsky city and rural executive
committees;
implementation of the state personnel policy;
budget and finance;
mobilization training and mobilization, territorial and
civil defense;
protection of state secrets;
law and order.
Heads:
the commission for summing up the results of the competition
of cities, rural Councils of deputies of the district and executive committees
for ensuring integrated socio-economic development of subordinate territories;
the District Anti-Corruption Commission;
Coordinating Council for strengthening the rule of law,
discipline and order in the district;
other commissions, councils, working groups established in
the district executive committee, which are headed by the chairman of the
district executive committee.
Cooperates with:
Kamenetsky district, Vysokovsky city and rural Councils of
deputies of the district;
the prosecutor's office of the Kamenetsky district, other
law enforcement and regulatory authorities;
the court of the Kamenetsky district, enforcement agencies;
Kamenetsky Interdistrict Department of the State Security
Committee of the Republic of Belarus for the Brest region;
border and customs services;
Kamenetsky district Department of Emergency Situations;
Kamenetsky district military Commissariat and military
units;
the Department for work with payers in the Kamenetsky
district of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the
Republic of Belarus in the Brest region;
banking institutions;
the state environmental institution "National Park
"Belovezhskaya Pushcha".
Manages the activities of:
the Department of Internal Affairs of the district Executive
Committee;
Finance department of the district executive committee;
Department of organizational and personnel work of the
district executive committee, including the chief specialist for the protection
of state secrets;
Department of Legal and dealing with appeals from citizens
and legal entities of the district Executive committee;
accounting and reporting groups of the district executive
committee.
Performs other duties and powers provided for by legislative
acts of the Republic of Belarus.
