Managing Director of the district Executive Committee:
manages the administrative and economic activities of the
district executive committee.
Supervises issues of:
ensuring the activities of the district executive committee;
monitoring the implementation of the annual work plan of the
district executive committee;
coordination of the work of the structural divisions of the
district executive committee, the Vysokovsky city and rural executive
committees on compliance with the Rules of Work of the district executive
committee and the Rules of internal labor regulations in the district executive
committee;
control over the execution of documents and office work
standards in the structural divisions of the district executive committee,
Vysokovsky city, rural executive committees;
control over the implementation of decisions of the district
executive committee, orders and instructions of the chairman of the district
executive committee;
preparation and holding of meetings of the district
executive committee, including field meetings;
registration of materials of the district executive
committee, control over bringing decisions of the district executive committee
to the performers;
organization and coordination of work on personal data
protection in the district executive committee;
organizational and economic support, reception of
delegations (foreign, governmental and other public authorities and
management);
conducting public procurement for the needs of the district
executive committee staff;
transport services of the district executive committee;
maintenance and protection of district executive committee
buildings;
organization of reception of citizens, work with appeals of
citizens and legal entities in the district executive committee;
the functioning of the "one window" service in the
district executive committee;
the works of the state institution "Kamenetsky district
Archive";
the work of the notary office of the Kamenetsky district.
He heads commissions, councils, and working groups
established in the district executive committee in the field of activity.
Manages the activities of:
the activity support and maintenance groups of the district
Executive committee;
one window services of the district executive committee.
Performs other duties and powers provided for by legislative
acts of the Republic of Belarus.
