MINSK, 30 July (BelTA) - Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko set out harvest tasks for farmers during a working trip to Brest on 30 July, BelTA has learned.
“The harvest must be brought in now. Overall, the national crop should be no lower than last year’s level. If you deliver 12 million tonnes, that will be a great achievement,” said Aleksandr Lukashenko.
“We can do anything if there is discipline. Wherever the president goes, things are good. But I can’t be everywhere,” Aleksandr Lukashenko noted. “We need to teach our people discipline. If there is discipline, we can do anything.”
