The first deputy chairman of the district executive committee is the head of the Department of Agriculture and food:

he manages the agro-industrial complex of the district, the production and processing of agricultural products.

Supervises the issues of

providing the population with food;

activities of agricultural organizations of the district of all forms of ownership and organizations providing services to the agro-industrial complex;

supplies of agricultural products and raw materials for republican state needs;

development and financial rehabilitation of organizations of the agro-industrial complex;

reorganization of organizations of the agro-industrial complex and their liquidation;

forecasting and demand for labor resources, accounting of labor resources, training (retraining) and advanced training of personnel of agricultural organizations;

activities of peasant (farm) farms, horticultural associations;

land management;

Geology;

forestry;

use of land resources;

environmental protection;

Hydrometeorology;

interaction with banks in terms of lending to agricultural organizations;

leasing of forest fund plots;

leasing of fishing and hunting grounds;

development of personal subsidiary farms;

international cooperation in supervised industries;

timely payment of wages in supervised industries;

implementation of social standards for servicing the population of the district in the supervised industries;

fulfilling the requirements of the Directives of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated March 11, 2004 No. 1 "On measures to strengthen public safety and discipline", dated December 27, 2006 No. 2 "On de-bureaucratization of the state apparatus and improving the quality of life support of the population" in supervised organizations;

compliance with legislation in the field of safety (including fire and industrial) in supervised organizations.

Carries out general control over the implementation of the requirements of the Directive of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated March 4, 2019 No. 6 "On rural development and improving the efficiency of the agricultural sector".

Provides general guidance on the implementation of government programs in supervised industries.

He heads commissions, councils, and working groups established in the district executive committee in the field of activity.

Coordinates the activities of:

agricultural organizations of the district;

institutions "Kamenetsky district veterinary station";

state institution of additional adult Education "Center for Training, advanced training and retraining of personnel of the Department of Agriculture and Food of the Kamenetsky district Executive Committee";

Kamenetsky District Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection;

Open Joint Stock Company "Kamenetsky rayagroservice";

Kamenetsky District State Inspection for Seed Production, Quarantine and Plant Protection;

unitary production enterprise "Kamenetsky PMS" of the state association "Brestmeliovodkhoz";

Department of design and estimate documentation for the Kamenetsky district of the municipal unitary agricultural enterprise "Brest Regional Design and Survey Chemicalization Station";

the substation in the Kamenetsky district (a structural subdivision of the republican agricultural unitary enterprise "Brest Enterprise");

Kamenetsky Bureau of the Pruzhany branch of the Republican unitary Enterprise "Brest Agency for State Registration and Land Cadastre";

public associations:

Kamenetsky district organizational structure of the republican state-public association "Belarusian Society of Hunters and Fishermen";

Kamenetsky district committee of the trade union of workers of the agro-industrial complex.

Carries out the management of activities:

Department of Agriculture and Food of the district Executive Committee;

Department of land management of the district executive committee.

Performs other duties and powers provided for by legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus.
