21/03/2024 10:03
Secret passengers have begun assessing the quality of services at Minsk National Airport.
Since the Secret Passenger program was announced, more than 200 applications to take part in the program have already been submitted. The program has been running since 1 March, and by this time the airport has already received more than 50 checklists.
The program will be running until 31 December 2024; any passenger over 18 departing from or arriving at the Minsk airport can become a participant.
The Secret Passenger program is an effective way to collect feedback. Along with existing quality control instruments, it will help obtain additional information about customer wishes and preferences and make fast decisions to improve the quality of service, thus making the airport more comfortable, safe and hospitable.
