OOO Ampera Group, a new resident company of the free economic zone (FEZ) Minsk, will make charging stations for electric vehicles.
Head of the FEZ Minsk Administration Anatoly Buben and OOO Ampera Group Director Dmitry Solovyov have signed the relevant agreement.
The technological novelty of the investment project consists in the possibility of making charging stations with the output of up to 750 kW, weldless assembly, and liquid-cooled charging cables. The company can make up to 1,200 charging stations per annum.
OOO Ampera Group will become a new progressive manufacturer of electric vehicle charging stations. “Taking into account many years of our experience in the field of power engineering, metal equipment, and of producing unconventional solutions in-house, we will be able to introduce innovations into the global infrastructure and contribute to the development of this market, the economy, and the society as a whole,” Ampera Group Director Dmitry Solovyov noted.
Over 16 jobs will be created as part of the realization of the investment project. The company is supposed to start manufacturing operations in 2024.
